Leccare Lollipops have the Most Amazing Lollipops Ever Made ⇒ When we think about candy, we mostly think about those bland chocolate bars and sugar-infested supermarket snacks. Well, there are some brands willingly trying to change that perspective. Brands like Leccare Lollipops. Kimberly Hadlock started Leccare Lollipops just for fun back in 2012. Back then, she wouldn't imagine that her product would be such a success.
’I had made lollipops as Christmas gifts and my friends loved them so much they urged me to start an Etsy shop,’ she explains. ’It was a great side job for two years.’ In November of last year, Hadlock quit her day job to make Leccare a full-time endeavour.
Now, they can be found in over 150 boutiques and shops throughout the US; in September, Hadlock will be booking their 1000th wedding and soon, she’ll be setting up her own little store. Nevertheless, Leccare makes everything in small quantities to order. None of her sweets is mass-produced and ingredients are either locally sourced in Athens, Georgia or bought from other small businesses and Etsy shops. Hadlock doesn’t believe that size necessarily equates to impact, so her shop, too, will be rather small and as self-contained as possible, with a filtered water system and solar panels.
Preservative-free, but filled with fruits, flavours, oils and even flowers (in alluring combinations like rose and honey, watermelon and sea salt, or lavender and marshmallow), Leccare is proof that lollipops aren’t just for kids anymore.
