Lovely Girlsroom Design in Pastel Tones by Maria Kalina.
This Lovely Girlsroom Design by Maria Kalina features adorable pastel tones and elegant shapes in order to create the most wonderful and versatile bedroom.
Maria Kalina, the interior designer behind this lovely girlsroom design, is an up-and-coming name in the Russian interior design scene for some time now and has been establishing her name amongst the elite. With not only Russia, but the world as a center stage, the designer has created the most wonderful projects both for kids and adults.
Working in projects where we can see the evolution and the restoration process is one of Maria’s biggest joy since it’s a challenge to create a dreamy space, like this lovely girlsroom design, from a regular space. Maria works her magic in these spaces as if they were jigsaw puzzles.
Maria started her career in the field when she was still studying Architecture and took a job in an Interior Design Studio, marking her first decision to pursue that as a career. The event also took place while Kalina was pregnant, which gave her the perspective of a mother in order to create the dreamiest spaces for kids, including this lovely girlsroom.
This Lovely Girlsrom Design has a unique bed with an adorable headboard that complements the shapes present in the wallpaper. As for the lighting in the space, a beautiful ceiling lamp can be spotted as well as some beautiful lighting elements in a soft purple tone.
The adorable colours chosen to adorn this lovely girlsroom design were the soft baby blues and a lovely pink. These colours alongside the neutral tones of the study area furniture give this space a modern and colorful feeling without being too overwhelming and at the same time keep a luxurious vibe in the space.
A study area is also a very important part for a lovely girlsroom design that combines elegance with modern design and function. And for that area, the designer chose a simple desk alongside beautiful round-shape shelves to provide extra storage space. It is also located near a window, which is the perfect place since it provides the most out of the available natural light.
