Xi’an Kuangshan Road is an old industrial centre in Xi’an. It has chimneys with a sense of industrial history, well-arranged concrete high columns, and lush ancient trees. This land has left many people with simple childhood happiness. The seeds of memory are ready to germinate new shoots yearning for a better life.
The space uses the concept of deconstructive design and uses the concept of separation to recall the memory of the factory building. At the same time, it carries out an interesting exploration of the cycle of the world. It adds the thinking about the meaning of life blooming, extracts the annual ring shape of the centuries-old Phaeton, and epitomizes it into the space. Design language to create a new place that is gradual and natural.
Use the meaning of life to give the space a form of growth and respond to natural breathing and sounds. With Fatong as the spiritual soul, the light-coloured Fatong wood grain wraps the entire atrium. The space cuts out different squares on the body. The space is interpreted in an aesthetic language, breaking the convention. The sunlight penetrates through the green leaves and is projected on every corner. The pointer rotates and moves with the light, from which you can feel the joy of every beating of life.
The designer adopted a unique landscaping technique between the atrium and the promenade, and the green pine above the overlapping water merges with the surrounding space to synthesize a quiet and living painting. The new sprout draws nutrients from the soil, is nourished in the gurgling water, and finally breaks out of the soil, grows wildly, and feels the joy of new life and self-power in a new world.
In the clean space, a forest scene came into view, and the little rabbits also came to accompany the children. The hanging combination lamps looked like soft white clouds, and the lively colour matching seemed to be in the sky. The evolution of the time dimension presents different forms, and the life cycle progresses gradually here. The designer strives to achieve harmony between man and nature, architecture and nature, creating a spiritual space in which everything grows.
